Bagaimana cara membayar dan membatalkan paket langganan

You can view our plans on the Pricing page or by logging in and navigating to the "Subscription & Payment" page via the account icon in the top-right corner. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and click "Subscription" to proceed to the payment page.

On the payment page, please select the following options:
  • Billing cycle: Annual/Monthly
  • Payment method: PayPal (LINE Pay and NewebPay are only allowed for Taiwan users). If online payment is not an option, refer to Can I purchase PicSee via bank transfer?
  • Invoice type: Donation Invoice / Corporate Invoice / Personal Invoice
Click "Pay" to be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can follow the steps to complete the payment.

Important Notes

  1. Subscriptions are charged immediately upon confirmation, and the plan becomes effective right after payment.
  2. Subscriptions will auto-renew for the selected billing cycle until canceled.
  3. The next billing date is based on the subscription date. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan on 8/20, the next billing date will be 9/20. If the billing date doesn't exist in the next month (e.g., 31st), the system will charge on the last day of the month.
  4. After payment is completed, the invoice will be sent to the email you provided within 10 business days.
