In the sheet, enter the destination URL and UTM parameters (0-5 parameters, optional). Enter the PICSEE_UTM() formula once, then drag it down to quickly create short links with UTM parameters in bulk.

In addition, we offer two additional formulas to make spreadsheet management easier:

  • PICSEE_CLICK() : Check the click data of short links immediately.
  • PICSEE_TITLE():Capture the title of the destination URL

After creating a short link, you can choose to connect it with your PicSee account, which will archive the short links from the sheet to PicSee. Then, you can manage your short links on PicSee by updating the destination URL, adding tags, and integrating with BSD (Branded Short Domain).

Permission Explanation

Please note: you are limited to creating only 100 short links every 24 hours in free version. If you have higher usage requirements, you can use the feature of shortening links in bulk

UTM Permission

To make UTM.TO integrate your Google Sheet we require the following permission of your Google Sheet:

  • Connect an external service: To call PicSee URL shortening API to create links, you have to enable external API permissions;
  • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications: To expand the menu options on Google Sheets and allow users to conveniently activate PicSee Sheet and connect it to their PicSee account.
