Once signed and returned, the quotation is legally binding and serves as the official agreement. After receiving the signed quotation, we will activate your features within five business days. Once you confirm everything is correct, we will issue an invoice for payment.
Note: For purchases made via quotation and bank transfer, a 10% plan management fee will be applied to each quotation. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you require expedited activation, the rush fees are as follows:
- Within 2 days: NT$500
- Within 24 hours: NT$1,000
- Within 1 hour: NT$2,000
- Outside business hours: NT$3,000
Custom Feature Add-Ons

Corporate Service Quotes
- Training: We offer one-hour online training sessions at NT$5,000 per session. If your total purchase exceeds NT$10,000, one complimentary session will be included.
- Contract Signing: PicSee’s quotation serves as a legally binding agreement. If your company requires a separate contract, we can provide a standard agreement at no additional cost. As our legal services are outsourced, any requested contract revisions or if your company requires signing a custom agreement will be listed as an “Add-On: VIP One-Time Setup Fee” in the quotation. Contract review fees are calculated based on Microsoft Word tracked changes (A4, 12-point font, simple markup). Revisions under 50% of a page are counted as half a page at NT$3,000 per half page. A newly drafted contract is charged at NT$6,000 per page.
- Information Security Documentation: If assistance is required to complete your company’s security review forms, a service fee of NT$3,000 per submission will apply. This will be listed as an “Add-On: VIP One-Time Setup Fee” in the quotation.
- Competitor Price Comparison: PicSee generally does not assist with price comparisons. However, if you require us to contact competitors for quotations, a fee of NT$2,000 per quotation will apply and will be listed as an “Add-On: VIP One-Time Setup Fee” in the quotation.
Other Service Requests
The following services are one-time fees with no additional service charges and may be paid via bank transfer or credit card:- Short Link Ownership Transfer: Transfer ownership of an existing short link to another account. A processing fee of NT$100 per short link applies. If the short link was created while not logged in, please refer to How Can I Find Short Links Created While Logged Out?.
- Subdomain Transfer: Transfer a subdomain and all associated short links to another account. A processing fee of NT$500 per subdomain applies.
- Account Consolidation or Account Changes: Migrate all short links, tags, and tracking settings from one account to another. A processing fee of NT$500 per account applies.
