How can I access my invoice after purchase?

Thank you for your subscription. We provide both two-column and three-column invoices.

  1. Format: Electronic invoice sent via email
  2. From: "ezPay電子發票"
  3. Subject: 透視數據有限公司電子發票開立通知

Haven't Received Your Invoice?

PicSee invoices are issued after our finance team reconciles accounts. We typically process invoices in batches every Friday, covering transactions from the previous Friday through Thursday. If you subscribed before Friday, please wait for the next batch.
Due to varying workloads, especially during month-start or quarter-end, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. If you haven't received your invoice after 2 weeks, please verify:
Check your email information under "Subscription & Payment" in your PicSee profile (click your avatar in the top right):
  1. If email is incorrect: Update it and contact our customer service.
  2. If email is correct: But invoice isn't in spam folder either, please contact customer service with an alternate email address (your company email may be blocking it). We'll have finance reissue the invoice.
