When a payment fails, PicSee will notify you via email. Regardless of how you applied your coupon, you only need to resubscribe to your Initial/Classic annual plan before the billing date. PicSee will handle the situation according to the following principles:

Principle 1

If your Initial/Classic annual plan payment fails, you can continue using your discount coupon for the branded short domain as long as you resubscribe to Initial/Classic annual plan before the billing date of either your branded short domain or advanced features.

Principle 2

If you don't resubscribe before the billing date of your branded short domain or advanced features, you won't be able to use the discount coupon for renewal. Additionally, you must resubscribe to PicSee within 7 days after the billing date, or your domain will expire and cannot be recovered.

Consequences

If you don't resubscribe before the billing date, your discount coupon will expire and become invalid. You'll need to pay additional fees to resubscribe to the following features:

• If you applied your coupon to the "PicSee Branded Short Domain":
  You must resubscribe to the PicSee branded short domain separately within 7 days of expiration, or your domain will be permanently deactivated.
• If you applied your coupon to the "Advanced Features for Branded Short Domain":
  You can restore your advanced features by resubscribing to PicSee at any time.

Because your plan and PicSee branded short domain were subscribed on the same day, you need to return to PicSee to resubscribe PicSee branded short domain. (You are unable to use coupon) Otherwise, your domain will become invalid permanently. (Based on the above principle 2)
*Please note: If the domain you purchased requires a separate payment (NT$2,000 domain) after you use the coupon, you cannot renew your subscription online. Therefore, please contact our customer service team within 7 days after the payment date.

You subscribed to the Initial/Classic annual plan and the advanced features of the branded short domain on different dates:
When the plan fails to be deducted, PicSee will send an email to inform you. As long as you return to PicSee to resubscribe to the Initial/Classic annual plan before the payment date of the advanced features, you can continue using the coupon to subscribe to the advanced features of the branded short domain. (Based on the above principle 1)
If you don’t resubscribe to the Initial/Classic plan before the payment of the advanced features, you cannot use the coupon to resubscribe the features. But you can return to PicSee to resubscribe the subscription, and the features will be restored. (Based on the above principle 2)

You subscribed to the Initial/Classic annual plan and the advanced features of the branded short domain on the same day:
When the plan fails to be deducted, PicSee will send an email to inform you. Because your plan and the advanced features were subscribed to on the same day, you cannot use the coupon to resubscribe the features. But you can return to PicSee to resubscribe the subscription, and the features will be restored. (Based on the above principle 2)
