The business card has not been approved.
It means the PicSee administrators cannot confirm if you are the owner of the domain or the company’s staff based on the business card you provided. Therefore, the business card you provide must clearly display the own domain name you want to set up, and it can be an Email or an official website link.The DNS record has not been approved.
It means PicSee didn’t see the specified record in your domain DNS within 48 hours.Please reset by following the steps below and submit the review:
1. Click the account on the top right corner, and go to “Settings”.
2. Switch to the “Domains” tab.
3. Find the domain which you want to set in the “BSD” section, and click the domain.
4. Find the domain which has not been approved in the binding domain section of the pop-up window, and click “Reset”.
5. Choose “DNS settings for review”, and choose your domain registrar.
6. Configure the setup in your domain registrar based on the DNS information provided on the page.
7. After completing the settings, please click “Submit for review”.
8. Because the DNS settings might take up to 48 hours to be activated, we will check once an hour after you configure them. If they are activated, we will send an email to inform you that your binding domain setup is completed.
9. If you’ve tried setting up DNS settings many times, the DNS settings still cannot work, we recommend that you can use “Upload business card for review” to proceed with the review of the binding domain.
