Why Can't I Find My Short Link?
Please first check if the short link belongs to your account. If you already know the exact short link, you can add a plus sign at the end (e.g., https://pse.is/4nfth2+) to view its analytics page. If the page doesn’t load, the short link likely doesn’t belong to your account. There are also some common search limitations:
- Starred short links: If a short link is starred, it will appear in the “Starred” tab. Switch to that tab to view or filter your starred links.
- Created via API or extension: These short links are stored in the “API Records” tab. Due to performance considerations, search is currently not available in this section.
- Deleted short links: Deleted links are moved to the “Trash” tab and cannot be searched.
- More than 100 results: The filter will only display the first 100 matches to maintain system performance. Try narrowing your filters and search again.
- Keyword search limitations: Keyword search only works on the short link’s “Title” and “Description,” and does not support fuzzy matching for destination URLs.
