How to transfer short link or subdomain?

Member can add the link to the group, so that all members in the group can view the link. However, subdomain cannot be transferred. If you want to share your subdomain with others, you can invite other member into your group, and other member can use the subdomain by switching the account.

How to Transfer

  1. Select the checkbox next to the short URLs you wish to transfer.
  2. In the top menu, click on Transfer:
    • Choose your company group to transfer the short URLs to your company account.
    • If you accidentally transferred personal short URLs to the company account, you can use the same method to transfer them back to your personal account.
Important Notes
If the short URLs have already been published and are associated with a subdomain or branded domain, they will automatically apply the default domain of the target group after the transfer. This domain update may result in the published short URLs becoming invalid. Please verify before transferring.
