How to adjust your plan or cancel subscription

To adjust your plan, please log in first. Click the account icon at the top right, then go to "Subscription & Payment." Follow the steps below:

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Click "Change Plan" to adjust your plans. After completing the credit card authorization process, your changes will take effect immediately.
  2. When upgrading, the payment will be deducted instantly, and the first payment will be automatically adjusted based on the remaining days of your current plan. The upgraded plan will take effect after payment is completed.
  3. Downgrading will take effect on the next billing date.
  4. Please note, you cannot change the billing cycle while upgrading your plan.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Click Change Plan and select Cancel Subscription. A window will pop up asking for your cancellation reason. Please check the reason to help us better understand user experience.
  2. After selecting your reason, click Confirm Cancellation to cancel the subscription.
  3. After cancellation, you will still have access to the current plan until the day before the next billing date.

Change Billing Cycle

  1. Click Change Billing Cycle and edit informations of your Credit Card. After completing the authorization process, your new cycle will take effect at the next billing date.

Change Payment Method

  1. Click Change Payment Method and edit informations of your Credit Card. After completing the authorization process, your new payment method will take effect.
  2. If you still see a payment method expired message after successfully updating your payment method, please contact customer support.
