How can I find the short links I created while not logged in?

PicSee temporarily stores short links created while not logged in using cookies. If you log in using the same device and browser, the system will recognize the stored cookies and automatically assign those links to your account. Once linked, you can fully manage them, such as:

When auto-linking may fail

If automatic linking fails, possible reasons include:
  • Using a different device or browser
  • Cookies on the device have expired or been cleared

If automatic linking fails, you can contact customer service and provide proof that the short link was created by you. After verification, support staff will assist with the linking process. This is a paid service, and a fee of NT$100 per short link will be charged via quotation.

Note

If you often create short links, we recommend logging in first to ensure they are automatically linked and retain full editing and tracking features.
