Haven't Received Your Invoice?
PicSee invoices are issued after our finance team reconciles accounts. We typically process invoices in batches every Wednesday , covering transactions from the previous Wednesday through Tuesday. If you subscribed before Wednesday, please wait for the next batch.Due to varying workloads, especially during month-start or quarter-end, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. If you haven't received your invoice after 2 weeks, please verify:
Check your email information under "Subscription & Payment" in your PicSee profile (click your avatar in the top right):
- If email is incorrect: Update it and contact our customer service.
- If email is correct: But invoice isn't in spam folder either, please contact customer service with an alternate email address (your company email may be blocking it). We'll have finance reissue the invoice.
