PicSee provides an Action Log feature that helps teams monitor user activities (such as creating, deleting, or editing short links) for audit and management purposes.

Feature Overview

You can find the Action Log at the top right corner of the dashboard. It includes three viewing modes:

• Time (default): Displays all group members’ actions on a timeline, helping you track who did what and when — for example, creating, tagging, or deleting short links.
• Short Link: Shows the activity history of a single short link, including creation time, member updates, or deletion records.
• Operator: Displays the actions performed by a specific group member. Useful for tracking user behavior and audit purposes.

The retention period for logs depends on your plan (for extended access, see Custom Add-ons):

• Classic plan: 30 days
• Initial plan: 7 days
• Personal plan or lower: 3 days

Important

• The Action Log is different from “Link Analytics.” Link analytics data is kept permanently once you register as a member.
• The Action Log only records activities performed on the web interface. It does not include API or extension usage, and due to data limits, recent 24-hour logs may not appear immediately.
