If the recurring payment for the renewal of your PicSee branded short domain, purchased on the PicSee website, fails, your PicSee branded short domain will automatically become invalid.

Because domains are time-sensitive, please return to PicSee and resubscribe within 7 days of the payment failure. If you do not resubscribe before the deadline, your domain will be released automatically, and all short links using that domain will stop working.

How to resubscribe within 7 days of the payment failure

1. Click your account avatar in the top right corner and go to "Settings".
   
2. Switch to the "Domains" tab on the left.
   
3. In the "Branded short domain" section, find the PicSee branded short domain that became invalid due to the payment failure and click "Resubscribe".
   
4. Complete the online payment. Your PicSee branded short domain will be reactivated within 24 hours after the payment is completed.
   

More than 7 days after the payment failure

If it is still within 30 days of the expiry date, you can contact support and purchase the domain through a quotation. In addition to the price of the domain itself, a US$39 handling fee applies. After 30 days, the domain can only be deleted and can no longer be used.
