Log in, click your account in the top right corner, and go to the "Subscription and Payments" page. The tabs are explained below:

Subscription

• Shows your current membership plan (such as Personal / Initial / Classic), add-ons (if any), billing cycle (such as annual / monthly), payment method, next payment date, next payment amount, and invoice details.
  
• If you purchased through a quotation, the membership plan is shown as "Customized Plan", and the actual plan is subject to the quotation.
  

Subscribe domain

• This tab appears only when you have a paid PicSee branded short domain or advanced features for a self-owned branded short domain. Once there are no more paid branded short domains, the tab is no longer available.
  
• It lists each domain separately with its subscription, billing cycle (always annual), payment method, next payment date, next payment amount, and invoice details.
  

Payment Records

• Shows your past payments, including the item, amount, payment date, payment method, and invoice type. Items include membership plans, branded short domains, API payments, and bulk unlocks.
  
• If you purchased through a quotation, the payment record may show a combined total, and the actual plan is subject to the quotation.
  
• API payment records were added in October 2026, so earlier API payments cannot be looked up here. If you need them, please contact support.
