Due to the prevalence of LINE scams over the years, for the sake of system security, when you click on a shortened URL for LINE friend requests or LINE community links, you will by default see a warning message.
If you want to remove the warning, there are three possible solutions:
1. Using the Branded Short Domain feature: To learn how to set up and use branded short domains and what are the benefits, please refer to What’s the difference between Subdomain and Branded short domain?
2. Complete phone verification: Newly created LINE links will not trigger a warning (retroactively included). If you have shortened a LINE link before phone verification, you will need to provide it to contact our support team for review and removal of the warning message.
3. Provide the short link and contact our support team, we will help you remove the warning.
