Welcome to PicSee!
PicSee is a URL shortening service provided by PicSee Inc. By using this service, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using PicSee services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted this service agreement and any service items and content that PicSee may provide now or in the future. If you do not understand or agree with this service agreement, please stop using this service.
PicSee provides users with some features without requiring login, such as creating shortened URLs. However, you agree that PicSee may collect and sell remarketing data related to the shortened URLs you create and their audiences to provide better services.

2. CHANGE TERMS

PicSee retains the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Members who continue to use the Service after any modifications are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the changes.

3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATION

Members must provide accurate information and may not register under a third party's name. If a member maliciously provides false or inaccurate information, PicSee has the right to terminate that member's account without prior notice.

4. SECURITY ACCOUNT PASSWORDS

• After registering, please keep your account password and other personal information secure and do not disclose it to third parties. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password is your personal responsibility. Additionally, when the login information is correct, any actions are presumed to be carried out by the member, who bears full responsibility for all activities.
• If there is any theft or other security breach, please notify PicSee immediately.

5. MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS

Members must commit not to engage in any activities that violate good morals or infringe on the rights of others through PicSee, and commit to comply with relevant laws and regulations of the ROC (Taiwan) and all international practices for using the Internet. If not a member of the ROC, they should agree to comply with the laws of their respective country or region.
• Members shall not use any defamatory, insulting, obscene, false, or otherwise unlawful texts, images, or files that violate public order and good morals.
• Members shall not infringe upon the reputation, privacy, copyright, intellectual property, or other rights of PicSee or others.
• Members shall not spread computer viruses.

6. MEMBER AUTHORIZATION

For images, text, or other information uploaded by members, they agree that PicSee may collect and preserve such information within reasonable limits for member statistics, online research, or any other lawful use. If a member cannot provide authorization, please do not upload or provide it to PicSee.

7. TERMINATION OF MEMBER USE

Members agree that PicSee may terminate their account password or service use based on security considerations, or for violating the explicit provisions and spirit of these Terms of Service, and may remove and delete any “Member Content” within this service. Additionally, members agree that if the use of the service is terminated, PicSee shall not be liable to the member or any third party.
