Why my HTTPS failed to set?

It means your domain DNS records didn’t direct to PicSee successfully. Please reset by following the instructions below.
1. Click the account on the top right corner, and go to “Settings”.
2. Switch to the “Domains” tab.
3. Find the domain you want to set in the “BSD” section, and click the domain.
4. Find HTTPS(SSL) on the pop-up window, and click “Reset”.
5. Choose your domain registrar. If your domain registrar isn’t on the list, please choose “Others”, and configure the setup in your domain registrar based on the DNS information provided on the page.
Please note: Due to slight differences in DNS setup between each domain registrar, please choose your domain registrar and set the values provided on the PicSee page. If your domain registrar is not listed in the options, please inquire with your domain registrar about the correct method to set up DNS or contact our customer service.
6. Because the DNS settings might take up to 48 hours to be activated, we will check once an hour after you configure them. If they are activated, we will send an email to inform you that this feature has been activated.

If you're still unable to complete the domain setup following these steps, please consult with an IT-savvy colleague or consider subscribing to PicSee Branded Domain instead.
