Upload Excel for Bulk Short Link Creation

You can find “Bulk Shorten Links” under “Navigation Bar > More Features.” This tool allows you to create short links in bulk. Each file supports up to 100,000 short links (maximum 2MB per file) and includes helpful features such as UTM settings and notes. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email notification. This is ideal for one-time bulk creation needs.

Pricing & Usage Policy

  • Number of Files: All membership tiers can upload up to 5 files per account per day. If you exceed this limit, a fee is required to unlock additional uploads, and you may continue the next day (you must download completed results before creating new ones). A “day” resets at 00:00 Taiwan Time.
  • Number of Short Links: Each membership tier includes a different free quota. If you exceed the free limit, payment is required to view the full results. Fees are calculated per 1,000 links and vary by membership tier. However, as long as you download the results, choosing not to unlock paid content will not affect future usage.

Other FAQs

  • Format Error Message: The header row in your uploaded file must exactly match the sample Excel file. Do not delete or modify the column headers. Also, be sure to remove the final row in the sample file that contains the text: “Please avoid making…” before uploading.
  • {Object} Appears in the File: This usually happens when text formatting is applied in the file, making it unreadable by the system. We recommend downloading the sample Excel file again, pasting your existing content as “values only,” and re-uploading.
  • How Long Does It Take to Create 50,000 Short Links?: Excluding security checks and considering multiple users processing simultaneously, the average processing speed is approximately 100–150 links per minute per user. It takes about 8 hours to complete.
  • Can I Use This Without Microsoft Excel?: Currently, only Excel file format is supported. If you do not have Excel installed, you can upload the sample file to Google Sheets, edit it there, and then download it again as an Excel file for upload.
