Why I couldn’t find the domain I want to choose?

If you want to use a branded short domain, or prefer not to use a subdomain as your short URL domain, please first disable the Open with Mobile APP feature in the sidebar when editing your short URL on the link records page (see reference image below). This will allow you to select your domain from the domain menu.

The PicSee website has a memory function. After disabling this option, you will be able to see your preferred domain when shortening YouTube videos in the future. If you later wish to enable opening videos in the YouTube App again, you can simply find and re-enable this option.

Why is it designed this way?

PicSee initially built its reputation online through widespread use by YouTubers, which is why we provide special handling for YouTube videos. From a YouTuber's perspective, playing videos through the YouTube App makes it easier for viewers to subscribe and comment, so PicSee enables the option to open YouTube videos in the App by default on mobile devices. However, due to technical limitations, this feature must be used with specific domains, which reduces the number of domain options available when this feature is enabled.
